Lok sabha and rajya sabha are atcentrallevel. Its member are MP( member of parliament) Vidhan sabha vidha parishad atstatelevel consist of MLA(member of legislative assembly).

Lok sabha - It is lower house consist of 545 MP elected bypeople. Headed by prime minister. Its elections happen once in 5 yr.

Rajya sabha - Upper house 245 MP, its member arenominated by vidhan sabhaof different states. It never dissolves like lok sabha in 5 yr , but 2/3 members retire every 6 yr.
