Answer» Showing the RIGHT DIRECTION to the CANDIDATE is the most difficult part. Leaders should be assertive before providing guidelines to the CANDIDATES. A manager is someone who simply follows the job objectives and business goals. A leader is responsible for INFLUENCING the team members positively by motivating them. The leader should be a strong communicator and they should understand the two-way nature of communication to nurture good ideas from employees regularly. |
