Merchant Navy -It is non combatants owned fully by PRIVATE agencies deal with cargo shipping from one parts to other parts of the world.

Indian Navy - It is combatants force of Indian Government which guards our vast SEA, prepared for any sea insurgency through the sea by any other nation.

3.Types of Jobs -

Merchant Navy - In merchant navy their are two types of jobs :

Offshore.Onshore.

Offshore job - The offshore is the investigation and drilling method that is used for the searching of oil from below the surface of the ocean.

Onshore job- Onshore jobs means those who work onboard the ship. We can call them as sailors, in onshore VESSEL the deck OFFICER will see about the navigation of the ship and the engine room officers will see the running of machinery and their maintenance.

Indian Navy - Their is a different duties of different branches of Indian Navy.

Their are Branches like Executive, Engineering, Education, Electrical, Medical. The work of the Officers is different in different branch.
