This command is
USED
to make a copy of a file.
Copy con is used to write a file.

We can use it to copy or append
FILES
with the same name or a
NEW
name
APPLIED
in the current directory or any other location.
We can’t use it to edit the file. After the file writes,
CTRL
Z is required to save it and then exit.
