This religion raised the moral level by presenting the basis for equality before the people of the world, developed logic and contributed to the creation of a great India. Due to Buddhism India made cultural relations with other countries. Another important contribution of Buddhism the development of art and architecture. With the inspiration of this religion many Stupas, Viharas, caves, sculptures and Chaityagra, has were built in different parts of the world including India. Buddhism castigated the policy of war, conquest and presented the ideals of public welfare before the entire world. |
