Syntax - PATINDEX ( '%pattern%' , expression )
Eg: USE AdventureWorks;

USE AdventureWorks; GO SELECT PATINDEX('%ensure%', DocumentSummary) FROM Production.Document WHERE DocumentID = 3; GO
