What is observed when a solution on of sodium sulphate is added to a solution of Barium Chloride take in a test tube write equation for the chemical reaction involved and name the type of reaction this case

Answer»

It is a DOUBLE displacement reaction.
when a solution of SODIUM sulphate ( Na2So4 ) is added to a solution of ( BACL2 ) then double displacement reaction takes PLACE and the ions get exchanged to form sodium chloride( NaCl ) and barium sulphate ( BaSo4 ).

Na2So4 + BaCl2 ➡ 2Nacl + BaSo4
