In the magnetic field, the force exerted by a magnet can be detected using a compass or any other magnet.You need to use a needle magnet or small compass. Place the compass at any point on the plane. Then follow the direction the compass is making. Mark the position of the compass and connect the markers. You will get a field line. Repeat the same thing with different starting points and you will obtain the field lines at a place. | |
