Answer» HEYA MATE,
HERE IS UR ANSWER.
Thanks for asking this question.
Galvanization or galvanizing is the process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron, to prevent rusting.
The iron or steel object is coated in a thin layer of zinc. This STOPS OXYGEN and water reaching the metal underneath . Zinc is more REACTIVE than iron, so it oxidises in preference to the iron object.
Hot-dip galvanizing is the process of immersing iron or steel in a bath of molten zinc to produce a corrosion resistant, multi-layered coating of zinc-iron alloy and zinc metal. The process is inherently simple, which is a distinct advantage over other corrosion protection methods.
I HOPE IT HELPS U.
