Dr Margolin thought that American Judaism was a mess. Dr Margolin’s view is not good towards the American Jewish community. He observes that the Jewish laws and customs were distorted by them. They showed their disrespect for Jewish laws by wearing skull caps. Ear-splitting music and unruly dances had no place in Jewish culture but they were enjoying it all in the USA. Jewish people had started setting marriage ties with Christians in the USA. And Jewish people were simple fellows in Poland but in the USA. they had turned drunkards. Stacks of liquor bottles could be seen in wedding parties.

डा. मारगोलिने यह सोचते हैं कि अमेरिका का यहूदी धर्म अव्यवस्थित था। अमेरिकी यहूदी सम्प्रदाय के प्रति डॉ मारगोलिन का विचार अच्छा नहीं है। वह देखते हैं कि यहूदी नियम व रीति-रिवाजों को उन्होंने विकृत कर दिया था। उनके अन्दर यहूदी रीति रिवाजों के प्रति सम्मान नहीं था, वे सिर की टोपी पहनते थे। कानफोड़ संगीत और भद्दे नाच के लिये यहूदी संस्कृति में कोई स्थान नहीं था लेकिन वे इस सब का अमेरिका में आनन्द ले रहे थे। यहूदी लोगों ने अमेरिका में ईसाई समुदाय में विवाह करना शुरू कर दिया था। वे लोग पोलैण्ड में सीधे-सादे थे लेकिन अमेरिका में आकर नशेबाजे (शराबी) बन गये थे। वैवाहिक समारोह में नशीले पेय पदार्थों की बोतलों के ढेर देखे जा सकते थे।
