| Answer» Both are the mode of asexual reproduction but in fragmentation , parental body breaks into two or more fragments either by wave action or by dead and decay of older part and every fragments developed into new individuals but in regeneration ,damage body parts can be redevelop or whole body can be formed from body parts. | |
