What is convex lens? |

Answer» Those lens whose middle portion is thick and edges are thin. A lens having two spherical surface bulging outwards is called Convex Lens. It is also known as biconvex lens because of two spherical surface bulging outwards. These type of lenses can converge a beam of light coming from outside and focus it to a point on the other side.
