Answer» Seeds of many plants such as of Soyabean, Mustard, Castor, Flaxseed, Sunflower, Groundnut, Jatropha, Pongamia (Karen) have an adequate amount of lipids and fatty acids. These lipids contain a tremendous amount of energy. When esterification of fatty acids present in lipids is done a liquid is formed which is known as biodiesel. |
