Answer» Acid Rain is CAUSED due to sulphur and other acidic material burn. when we burn material which CONTAIN acid it goes up and mixed with water to form acid rain. the acid might be Sulphuric acid, Nitric acid etc. So when it fall back to EARTH it cause sever damge to aquatic life, small plants and WHITE marble special. when white marbles come contact with acid the surface of marbles REACT with acid and form a yellowish cover.
