Answer» Here your answer plz. when ELECTRICITY PASSED through the molecules of HYDROGEN and oxygen. we get water. this is basis of fuel cell .at the cathode ,the electron of hydrogen ion and on anode the electron of oxygen is present. I HOPE it is CLEAR to you.
