Answer» Freedom of speech and expression MEANS that U have the right to express UR feelings and if u feel that something is not PROPER u can raise ur voice and there is no need to feel scared of anything if u feel that ur right is being violated u can APPROACH the court yes it does cover hate speech that is bcoz people don't have proper knowledge of what to do and what not to do people all here work money and not to actually do work
