Answer» There were many problems with making of the Constitution of south Africa but some of them were there were many struggles were taken place against whites and they were destroying the places and many of them died during this. Coming to the compromises between the blacks and whites are the blacks thought that the whites should face the problem faced by the blacks and they provided equality between both of them.It became important in South Africa because the majority who were blacks were discriminated in every sphere by the whites which is also called as apartheid system.The constitution was the only means of getting their rights with honor and dignity. |
