Answer» The MAIN responsibility of the Product Owner is maximizing the value of the project by creating, clearing, and ORDERING the Product Backlog. The Product Owner is the sole person responsible for managing the Product Backlog. The PO prioritizes the product backlog during the Sprint PLANNING meeting for the team members. The PO KEEPS a vision of the product to build and convey that vision to the Scrum team. Also, the role of the PO is to motivate the team towards achieving a project GOAL. |
