What are the limitations of Goulomb's law?

Limitations of Coulomb's law :

(i) This law is true for only point charges but we can use this for spread out charges.

(ii) This law holds for only constant charges. For moving charges we can get force by other laws. 

(iii) This law does not hold for the distance below 10-14 m. It is hold for the distance between many km to 10-4 m.
