However, the differences are:Pressure groups are formed by people with common interest and opinions to achieve a common objective. Movements group is more of a group that is formed by spontaneous mass participation than an interest group.Pressure groups try to influence government though conventional methods, while movement group do it through unconventional way.The decision making process of Pressure group process is informal and flexible i.e. is formal, while in movement group decision making is inflexible and and informal. | |
