In three states it is RELATED:- In solid- the inter particle force is more so it is rigid and has definite SHAPE. in liquid- the force is less as compared to solid and it is not rigid and does not have definite shape. in GAS- the force is least as compared to solids and liquid and it is not rigid and does not have definite shape ,its molecules are free to move
