Water mixed with potash alum is taken in beaker. A and salt solution is taken in beaker B light is passed through both the beaker in which beaker the path of light is visible. Why

Answer»

e test tubes contain TRUE solutions.  The potash ALUM and the SALT are completely soluble in WATER. So the test tubes a and b are true solutions.  True solutions: These are homogeneous solutions in which the solute is completely dissolved in the solvent. In true solutions, the light rays pass through it, when a beam of light is passed.  Therefore when the light is passed through both the beakers a and b, the PATH of light is visible but is not scattered.
