LHS = a*b+c

       = 9*(-4)+(-7)

       =  9*(-11)

       = -99//

RHS = a*b+a*c

        = 9*(-4) + 9*(-7)

        = -36 + (-63)

        = -99//

LHS = RHS

Hence proved.
