In this review, CURRENT progress in the area of TiO2 photocatalysis, mainly photocatalytic air purification, sterilization and CANCER therapy are discussed together with some fundamental ASPECTS. A novel photoinduced superhydrophilic phenomenon involving TiO2 and its applications are presented.
