H=V^2÷(2g)
where , G is the acceleration due to gravity.
as g is constant , the maximum height is proportional to V^2

H(2)= maximum height of the 2nd body
V(1)= velocity of the 1st body
V(2)= velocity of 2nd body

then the ratio of maximum height is,
H(1)/H(2) = {V(1)^2}/V(2)^2}
