Motional emf developed across the LENGTH of the rod is BVL, when rod moves with velocity v. Let q be the instantaneous charge on capacitor.

`(I)/(a)= 10 xx 10^(-3) xx 1 xx 0.1 = 1 xx 10^(-3)`
