first we have to find breadth so area of perimeter=2×(l+b)

so 20=2×(5+b)

20=10+2b

20-10=2b

10=2b

b=5cm

then we have to APPLY PYTHAGORAS THEORM so it is h^2=p^2+b^2

h^2=25+25

h^2=50

h=

\sqrt{50}

h=7.3cm

this is diagonal

area =l×b

=5×5

=25cm^2
