Some have gained fromsuccessful collaborations with foreign companies. Globalisation has enabledsome large Indian companies to emerge as multinationals themselves. Forexamples: Tata Motors (Automobiles), Infosys (IT), etc.(iii) But for a large number of small producers and workers globalisation has posedgreat problems. They have been hit hard due to competition. Several unitshave shut down rendering many workers jobless.Thus, we can say that the impact of globalisation has not been uniform.
