LET the length and breadth of the rectangle be x and y respectively.(x > y)

Thus ATQ,

=> (x - y = 23)------(1)

ALSO

=> Perimeter = 206m

=> 2(x + y) = 206

=> x + y = 103-----(2)

Add (1) and (2)

Thus x + y + x - y = 103 + 23

=> 2X = 126

=> x = 63m

Thus

=> y = 40m

Thus AREA = Length x breadth
=> Area = 40 x 63

=> Area = 2520m²
