USING ANGLE SUM PROPERTY :

3x+(2x+20)+(5x-40)=180
3x+2x+20+5x-40=180
10x-20=180
10x=180+20
10x=200
x=20

All the ANGLES are :
3x=3×20=60
2x+20=2×20+20=40+20=60
5x-40=5×20-40=100-40=60

All the angles are of 60° therefore it is an equilateral triangle.
