Let the ages of TWO boys be x and y RESPECTIVELY.

x/y= 5/7

x= 5*y/7

Now 8 YEARS ago ratio was 7:13.

(x-8)/(y-8)=7/13

13(x-8)=7(y-8)

13x-104=7y-56

13{5*y/7}=7y+48

65y= 49y+336

16y=336

   y=336/16

   y=21

Therefore,  x=5*21/7

                   x= 15

Current Ages of two boys are 15 and 21 respectively.
