It is very important to sit on a chair and keep your device on a table. Arrange your notebooks, pens, look over your class time table and your notes from the previous day to get ready for the topic your teacher will be discussing in the class. Check that your computer screen is at your eye level. So you don’t have to bend your neck either down or up. One tip, if you are using a mobile phone, either you can mount it on a small tripod or keep it on top of something to bring it to your eye level. So, if you wish to learn calligraphy, doodling, dancing or even how to solve the Rubik’s cube. Give yourself some time here 5pm to 6 pm – This is the perfect chill time. Step out and try to connect with nature and friends for an hour. Avoid looking at your phone at this time. Take a long walk with your pet
At 6 pm have a healthy snack, check your phone for 30 minutes. Back to your study table. 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm- homework on the study table Give yourself one clear hour to work on your assignments/homework 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm – self study And one hour for self-study including 15 minutes of quick revision of your preferred subject. Wind up your studying by 8:30. Part 5 (8:30 P.M – 10:30 P.M): Unwind This is the time for you to relax and disconnect your mind from the world. Spend time with family or or WATCH a show on netflix if that’s what you like. You can also take up the distraction sheet at this time and respond to people’s calls and messages. 8:30pm – 9:30pm dinner time. Spend time with your family and relax Play with Simby watch a show on TV and Checking your phone This is the time to prepare for a good night’s sleep. This one hour will help you sleep well and get ready for the next day’s hustle-bustle. This is a “no-device hour”. 9:30pm to 10:30 pm – brushing your teeth wash your eyes properly make your bed sit in bed and write a daily log, make a quick list of things you want to achieve the next day, read a book or listen to a podcast. Listen to podcasts – in bed read a book – in bed write a log in bed get into your bed switching off the lights. take deep breaths with your eyes closed Recall the good happy moments of the day and sit idle for some time.
