It States that the wavelength (λm) corresponding to which energy emitted by a perfectly black body is maximum is inversely proprotional to the temperature (T) of the black body, i..e.,

λm ∝ 1/T or, λm = b/T, where b is a constant of proprotional and is called Wien's constant. Its Value is, b = 2.898 X 10-3 mK.
