1.	State the difference between an offer and intention to make an offer.
Answer» When one person offers another person his willingness to do or to abstain from doing anything with a view to obtain the assent of other to such act or abstinence, then it is said that first person has offered something to other person, but the conversation of only disclosing the intention to making an offer will never be counted as one party has offered something to other party. Therefore, an invitation to make an offer does not constitute an offer or just saying anything to the other party does not constitute an offer.
