State the contents of the Share Certificate. |

Answer» A Share certificate refers to a document which is issued by a company evidencing that a person named in such certificate is the owner of the shares of the company stated in the share certificate. Share certificate has to be issued under the common seal of the company. It should be issued within 2 months from the date of allotment against the allotment letter. Contents of Share Certificate: Share Certificate should be in Form SH – 1 as prescribed under Companies (Share Capital and Debenture) Rules 2014.
