Answer» have a slight problum with windows xp right now.... it says there is a virus in the systym restor but i can t seem to figure out how to get rid of it please HELP me OUTDOES it give you a name for the virus? What anti-virus software are you using? If you get the name you can probably go to http://www.symantec.com and search for a fix there if your anti-virus can't fix it. FOLLOW the directions such as when they say to turn off SYSTEM Restore before running the cleanser, OTHERWISE you may end up restoring the virus on the next reboot.
