Answer» Get this error when starting up pc, when you close the WINDOW it resets the desktop background. How is this FIXED?

When did this problem start?
Did you add or remove software AROUND this time?
Do you have WinVNC installed?
What is the exact error MESSAGE you're getting?
Its XP
No idea when the problem started, its not my pc, fairly recently I think
No adding/removing of software
WinVNC is installated
Exact message is as follows:-
"No password has been set & this machine has been preconfigured to prevent users from setting their own. You must contact a Systems Administrator to configure winVNC properly"So what exactly is it you want to do?
Is WinVNC needed or do you only need to get rid of the error message?
Because if you only need to get rid of the error the easiest way would be to uninstall WinVNC...Im pretty sure they use vnc, although I will double check.
