Answer» I want to know, if it's possible , to get my files from another diskdrive with xp who won't BOOT again You need to take ownership of the XP Files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/308421thanks Allan, so there's no otherway to go around?faster easier? It doesn't get any easier than that.Quote from: Allan on March 25, 2010, 09:23:31 AM It doesn't get any easier than that.Ok Allan, but the thing is, the link you send me is for Win XP, not for Win7, wich i'm working on right now. So, complete directories copying from XP to Win 7, is what i want, without the anoying ownership thing(security)It works the same in Win7... You can't do anything with those files til you follow Allans info.Quote from: patio on March 25, 2010, 09:31:59 AM It works the same in Win7...Ok , thanks for your time anyway,i'll will go do it my way then . Put the win 7 disk in and go for dos prompting and XCOPY around. there are to many dir's in this drive. |
