every time i try to START up my windows xp home edition msi it will come up with msi with all of the of the options but i press f3 to run ios recovery nothing happens but f11 and f10 work then i get windows did not start successfully a recent hardware or software change might of caused this.

If your computer stopped responding , restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically SHUT down  to protect your files and folders, chose LAST know good configure to revert to the most recent settings that worked.   then  it will give me  5 options  if i select start windows normally it will gon on the loading screen the when the blue bar meets the grey outline it will go black and a blue screen will come up for halve a second and restart the computer! Can you start the computer in Safe mode?No it will load it then go press enter i do then it will go to the 1 second blue screen now it wont start at all Do you have the OS disk? Got it to work . No its a notebook so it doesn't have a DVD ROM but i have a usb stick maybe if i can DOWNLOAD the disc DATA on my usb it would load it.
