Hi everybody

i would be GREATLY thankful to all of who would help me with this problem.
every time i install a GAME that requires to be registered in window's registry,i get the error
"registry editing DISABLED by administrator" :-? i cant figure out why.because i am logged in as administrator and i cant access "regedit or gpedit" .I tried system repair but it didnt work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated .
