Answer» hi guys, my girlfriend has broken her laptop and after 1 year she FINALLY buys a new HDD for it now she has ASKED me to reinstall the OS but i have ran into a snag... the proof of LICENSE key is mostly rubbed out... her old HDD is broken quite badly and i tried a key finder and it couldn't open they key due to the HDD being corrupt... anyone know of any other ways? (i do know about 13 of the 25 letters for they key if thats any help Contact the manuf and provide the serial #...they will be able to look it up and give it to you... anyone know the right phone number for HP?? i dont know which one (this is a HP G60 btw If we knew what country you lived in, that might be easier to answer... (Oh wait. Without proper drivers XP won't run very well.sure thing thanks |
