1.	Solve : Windows Safe Mode?
Answer» I purchased a NEW COMPUTER with Windows 10. It defaults to safe mode that I would like to get out as I cant install chrome or anything so far of but I can't seem to log in as an admin. I only have user PRIVILEGES. I can't even start a cmd box. How can I be an admin on my computer? THANK you! If it's new, why don't you return it for a refund or REPLACEMENT?
