Solve : windows not recognizing new HD? |

Answer» Bios recognizes new hd, windows 98 DEVICE manager recognizes it but I can not give it a letter designation.That part of Device manager is grayed out. HD has PASSED all hardware tests. What now?Has it been FORMATTED? |
