Answer» Every time I boot up my computer I receive an error box that says :
Exception Processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c
When I try to close it another one pops up. It does this about 5 times. Any help would be appreciated.CHECK BIOS settings boot priority and any added softwares that you installed before the issue or any external device attached while computer is booting. This problem seems to be CAUSED by something trying to check for removable media that isn't there (e.g. disc in DVD drive or card in card reader), when it shouldn't be doing that check. That "something" could be malware (virus or spyware etc) or it could be legitimate software FOLLOWING a Windows update or some other software installation or UNINSTALLATION (particularly HP, Norton or QuickTime software)
Prudent to do a malware scan THEREFORE; steps to take listed here
