Solve : Windows Logo Key + Shift Not Working?

I've been having some weird keyboard issues, here's the latest:

Win Key + Shift + S is not taking a SCREENSHOT.
All of the Win Key shortcuts I normally use are fine (Win + D, Win +X, Win + Number). I have run through the list of all relevant Win Key shortcuts, and there are a few not working - I had never used them, so I don't know if this is a new issue (Win + V, Win + Shift + M).

I can't remember the last TIME SPECIFICALLY I used Win + Shift + S to take a screenshot, but it's been within the last week.

Any thoughts?
