Answer» I accidentally unplugged the laptop from power (laptop didn't have the battery inserted) and now the laptop is trying to RESTORE the previous version of windows in a permanent loop. Go to your boot options MENU and select ''boot from cd/dvd'' this may correct the boot loop. If not and windows is still trying to restore to a factory IMAGE (loose everything)then you are looking at data CORRUPTION like a damaged MBR. In which case there are a number of solutions and are not pretty. |
