1.	Solve : windows installer problem on XP?
Answer» My windows installer starts to install programs when I try to open any thing for ex: I try to open microsoft WORD and the windows installer starts up. Some programs cannot be opened at all LIKE ROXIO photo suite,I tried to remove some programs and it says " Fatal error" and nothing happens.
