1.	Solve : WINDOWS FILE CHOOSER CRASHING PROGRAMS?
Answer» Ok I have narrowed down my problem to the windows file choose. It has been crashing the programs and browsers I have been opening it in, such as when I try to upload a file to Photobucket.com or Youtube.com, or while importing video into an editor. I beleive the faulty file is mpegin.dll. PLEASEEE HELP!Are you RUNNING Adobe PREMIER Pro or any Serif applications ? ? Is your Caps lock stuck ? ?I do have a download of Premier but it is an ISO file RIGHT now(havent INSTALLED). I do have Sony VEGAS 7.0. Also my caps arent stuck
