You're booting from a floppy disk. Is Windows 95 INSTALLED on this machine?

Either try booting the machine without a floppy disk in the drive,

OR

Type C: and press Enter
and then type
WIN and press Enter

You haven't given us much to work on, dwright. A lot more INFORMATION please.
