Solve : windows 3.1 boot disk?

it may seem ODD but i have windows 3.1 and it is KINDA BROKEN. :-/ when i start it up, after the POST screen it says to INSERT a boot disk (floppy) but i don't hav 1!!!
where ken i download files 4 a boot disk??? Did you accidently leave a floppy in A drive?BOOTDISKARCHIVE

I use Windows 3.1 on occasion and use the DOS 6.00 bootdisk.Nope, no disk in A:. (FED)
